1. Discount offer
Get 20% off our “Daily Rate with Breakfast”. This exclusive offer is valid for a limited period of time and is only available for direct bookings on our Hey Lou HOTELS distribution channels (see point 5).
2. Breakfast included
Enjoy a free breakfast every morning included in your stay.
3. Booking and stay period
This offer is valid for bookings made within the promotional period of December 8, 2025 – January 31, 2026 and for stays within the specified travel period of December 8, 2025 – January 31, 2026. The last possible arrival date is January 31, 2026. Existing reservations are excluded from the offer and cannot be adjusted retroactively.
4. Lead time
The stay can only be booked within 0–3 days prior to arrival.
5. Traveling with children
Overnight stay
Children up to the age of 12 stay free of charge in the room of their parents or legal guardians, provided that the maximum occupancy is not exceeded.
Breakfast for children
Children up to 6 years of age have breakfast for free.
Children between 7 and 12 years receive a reduced breakfast for 9.95 EUR.
From 13 years of age, the regular breakfast price applies.
Baby cots and extra beds
Baby cots are available free of charge for children up to 2 years of age (subject to availability).
For older children (7 to 12 years), an extra bed can be provided at an extra charge (subject to availability). It is recommended to make a request in advance.
Family rooms
Family rooms suitable for several children are available at selected Hey Lou HOTELS. Please note that these are subject to availability. If you are interested, please contact us in advance.
Maximum occupancy
The maximum number of children per room depends on the room type. We will be happy to advise you on special family arrangements.
6. Booking options
To benefit from this offer, each stay must be booked through the Hey Lou HOTELS distribution channels (www.heylouhotels.com, Hey Lou HOTELS central reservation office). You will not be able to benefit from this offer if your stay is booked through a reseller, a tour operator or an online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).
7. Length of stay
No minimum stay is required for this offer.
8. Advance payment
The total amount of the stay is due in full at the time of booking. You will receive a booking confirmation by email.
9. Payment methods
Accepted payment methods are all major credit cards (e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express).
10. Non-refundable
Cancellations and refunds are not possible.
11. Rebooking
It is not possible to change or rebook your reservation with this offer. In case of no-show, the booking will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
12. Taxes and Fees
All applicable taxes and fees are included in the total price. This does not include city and visitor’s taxes, which are levied by the respective city or region and are to be paid at the hotel.
13. Availability
This offer is subject to availability at the participating hotels. The offer cannot be combined with other promotions.
